The 2nd season of Big Boss 2 is ready for its start on newly launched channel Colors. On 17th August its 1st episode will be telecasted where the participants of the show will be revealed.
Every one is looking forward to this 2nd season of Big Boss 2. Its main reason is that this time the show is made bigger with Shilpa Shetty as the host of the show.
There are 14 participants on the show. The final list of the names of the inhabitants is as follows:
1) Monica Bedi -the actress whose name was connected to don Abu Saleem and was behind bars regarding bomb blasts in Mumbai.
2) Zulfi Sayed- He is a model who then turned in to an actor. He has done many advertisement campaigns. He has also done few movies.
3) Raja Chaudhary- Husband of the famous TV actress Shweta Tiwari (Prerna of Kasauti Zindagi Kii). Last year his name came in to news for beating his wife. Now with this show he has the chance to clear up his image.
4) Ketaki Dave- Daksha chachi of Ekta’s Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bhau thi, got famous by her tag line ara ara. She was in the 2nd season of Nach Baliye with her husband and now on this show.
5) Rakhi Vijan- the very cute Sweetie of Zee's hit serial- Hum Panch is back. After marrying Raveena Tondon's brother rakhi took a break from work. Recently she was seen in channel 9 x's show- Jiya Jale.
6) Sambhavna Seth- one of the item girls of bollywood who has done few movies like 36 China Town, Zameer etc.
7) Rahul Mahajan- Son of late Bhartiya Janta Party leader- Pramod Mahajan. He came in to news when he was hospitalised for the drug abuse.
8) Ehsaan Quereshi- the well known comedian of Laughter Challenge. He is having a very unique style of comedy. Now people will see the other side of this comedian.
9) Payal Rohtagi- She is the item girl of bollywood. She is a computer engineer by profession.
10) Sanjay Nirupam- former Rajya Sabha member who was in Shiv Sena before and now has shifted to Congress will also live here with other celebrities.
11) Ashutosh Kaushik- he is the winner of MTV Roadies 5. Now he is back with Big Boss 2.
12) Deboojeet Saha- This singer is well known for his melodious voice. He is the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2005 and recently has participated in Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar.
13) Aleena Wadia- She is the only non celeb in the show. She is the youngest participant of the show.
14) Jade Goody- She was Shilpa Shetty's companion in Big Brother 2. In fact she was the one who grave racist remarks against Shilpa Shetty. Now she is again accompanying Shilpa in this show. but here Jade is a participant while Shilpa is the host.
